Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, I could eat egg and bacon every morning (only if someone else was making it for me!!) but I do eat this 3 days a week, pancakes with ice-cream on Sundays and cereal (one healthy and one sugary one mixed together and you don’t feel like you being too healthy ) 3 days a week with tea or coffee

I find i keep my weight pretty even by eating every 3 hours, keep food at work or in you bag, packets of sultanas, fruit or muesli bars, a little container of mixed nut and they are usually salted and I run for about 20 mins twice a week, I also work full time

Eating little meals regularly keeps your metabolism even therefore helping to keep your weight even

I've always been a coffee-for-breakfast type (and usually end up binging on sweet carbs in mid-morning, when the energy level starts to flag) so this is a very welcome tip. Love all the ingredients -- it sounds just so easy, too, and every morning's breakfast would be just a little bit different. Great idea!
