Meditation & Mindfulness - Ajahn Brahm is the Monk to Teach You
October 7, 2007A few years ago I went along to a talk by Ajahn Brahmavamso on ‘Buddhism and Science’ at my meditation centre Bodhikusuma in Sydney. I’d been attending the meditation centre on and off for about a year or so at the time but was lacking a little on my focus towards practising my meditation. I listened to Ajahn Brahm speak and it was like a light was turned on inside me…as far as I’m concerned…he’s the man when it comes to making meditation and mindfulness in daily life attainable for anyone with even just a flicker of desire to try it out.

On the site there are also a number a guided meditations, some are a short as 20 minutes and can really help you to chill out and focus for increased productivity or reduce anxiety in everyday life.
